You're Worthy

You're worthy but that can be hard to believe when you make mistakes or self-doubt or temporarily fail to reach goals.

Once you start believing in yourself and learn a fact that there is no second version of you in this entire universe, the comparison with other would be pointless.
We humans are made of endless potential, Always Wonder about whom you can be. But first, be whatever you are.
As I shared in my bio that self-care are my favorites because I get to share my personal experience with you guys, because for real I'm no different from any other girl next door, I too made some horrible mistakes in my past, said miserable things to myself which obviously I was already receiving from outside . I used to believe what society or friends for that matter used to talk about me and my body. From skin complexion to gaining extra weight. We live in a society where even if you're skinny, fat, dark, light tone, short, tall, artist n the list goes on you'll always be judged.
But my question is...
WAS IT WORTH IT…??
Today when I look back, I really feel sorry for going so harsh on myself. But what I learned from that is, People who body shame or bad mouth about you are just dealing with something, and they only want to remove the hatred on you. Some might be dealing with their own insecurity, so they use arrogance and drag your insecurities as a defense for themselves.
So instead of overthinking about this, just brush of the negativity and work on yourself for “YOURSELF” which will make you feel great. Do stuff which makes you happy. Write down your emotions or share with someone close to you. Trust me when I say this but in few more years you'll find these things very silly which were bothering and you'll end up saying why did I even self-doubt myself.
Lastly all I have to say whenever you forget about your own worth and potential, blanket yourself with affirmations of how capable and resilient you truly are. You are worthy and much more than the thoughts that have kept you small. You are here, and that in itself is the one gift you need in order to discover all the gifts buried within you.
Do let me know in comment section how did you like my blog and do share with someone whom you think needs a little boost and push towards self-love.
Love,
Hazel Joseph
