Body Scrubs For Glowing, Smooth Skin -No ingrown hairs over here.

We see a lot of advertisements endorsing face products, whether acne, glowing skin, or acne scars, and the list goes on but very few for body care.

so we usually tend to pamper our face more than our body.

If your current routine stops at body wash and lotion, consider adding a scrub a few times a week. Not only does it exfoliate the skin to reveal a smoother look and feel, but adding a scrub can keep conditions ingrown hairs. It also makes other parts of your routine—shaving or waxing, using self-tanner—even more effective.


WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS OF USING A BODY SCRUB?


Body scrubs remove dead skin cells, and so provide several benefits. They allow your skin to absorb moisturizers better. By doing dead skin cell buildup, any moisturizer applied afterward will soak into the skin more thoroughly. They unclog pores and prevent ingrown hairs. They leave your skin smoother and more even.

It's best not to use a body scrub on your skin every day. Over Exfoliating your skin can leave it dry, sensitive, and irritated. It's generally safe to exfoliate your skin two to three times a week. If your skin is dry and sensitive, you may want to exfoliate only once a week.


Homemade Body Scrubs For Glowing Skin



  1. Coffee And Sugar Body Scrub For Glowing Skin

  • ¼ cup ground coffee

  • ¼ cup sugar

  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

  • 3 vitamin E capsules.

Method
  1. Combine all the ingredients until you get a coarse paste.

  2. Cleanse your skin and apply this paste to it.

  3. Use your fingers to gently massage the mixture, in circular motions, on your skin.

  4. Take 5-10 minutes to gently massage and exfoliate your body, spending 1-2 minutes on each part.

  5. Wash the mixture off your body using a hydrating body scrub and lukewarm water.


TURMERIC AND SUGAR BODY SCRUB




You Will Need
  • 1 cup sugar

  • 2 teaspoons turmeric powder

  • 1 ½ cups coconut oil

Method
  1. Combine the ingredients until you get a coarse paste.

  2. Cleanse your skin and apply this paste to it.

  3. Use your fingers to gently massage the mixture, in circular motions, on your skin.

  4. Take 5-10 minutes to gently massage and exfoliate your body, spending 1-2 minutes on each part.
